Orders

  • Orders placed by 1PM ET (Mon–Fri) ship the same day unless otherwise noted. Orders placed after 1PM ET or on weekends ship the next business day.
  • Arrival dates are carrier estimates and can vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Shipping Options

We offer Ground Shipping and Second-Day Air for all U.S. orders.

Ground shipping

  • $9.95 within the 48 contiguous states
  • $12.95 to Alaska and Hawaii

Second-Day Air

  • $25.00 flat rate

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by all tags, blessing cards, or certificates.

To start a return, and email us with your order number and request.

Please note the Following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom, engraved, or consecrated items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
  • Earrings and piercing jewelry cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll let you know it’s been processed. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your item was a gift, your refund will be provided as store credit.

Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or defective, use the button above to copy our email, then send us a message within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order to ensure availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • You are responsible for items during transit back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding insurance to ensure your return arrives safely.

Warranty

All Bliss Spiritual jewelry is covered by a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects or tarnishing.

Please note: This warranty is void if the piece has been altered in any way by another jeweler or company—including resizing, repairs, engraving, or soldering—outside of Bliss Manufacturing.
